My name is Abdul Hair, and I am a PhD researcher at the University of Edinburgh. My research interests include pop culture, digital media, media history, postcolonial/decolonial approaches, and intellectual trajectories. I am currently conducting a research project on the history of Indonesian diasporic media, spanning from the colonial to the postcolonial period.
